To clean the rug, we suggest shaking it off to get extra debris out, then using a low-power vacuum cleaner. You can also add some mild detergent and gently wash it by hand, then put the rug in a well-ventilated area to dry. Please note that the rug is not machine washable.

The rug may have creases and the fibers may not look as fluffy as in the picture when it first arrives, as these rugs are vacuum-packed. They need to be put flat for about a week to recover to their original thickness. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As for the bottom of the rug, it may be slippery depending on the material it is placed on. We recommend using a non-slip pad or carpet tape to fix it and better play the role of anti-slip.
